A message from our founder
WHY AYISRA?
Quality
Our founder, Mr. Vinay Shetty, an alumnus of MIT Manipal and BIT Davanagere, possesses over 30 years of expertise in mechanical engineering. His journey with coffee equipment began in 2001, culminating in the establishment of Ayisra in October 2021, supported by Atal Incubation Centre under the Coffee Board of India.
Inspired by the Atmanirbhar initiative, Ayisra launched its first fully automatic bean-to-cup coffee machine in January 2022, proudly using 95% indigenous parts and supporting 60+ local vendors, all while driving employment and sustainable growth in India’s coffee industry.
